REFUND/PRIVACY POLICY

RAFFLE TICKET PURCHASES POLICY: By purchasing tickets online through the "aussies4aussies" website you ("the Ticket Buyer") agree to the following terms and conditions: Purchases made through the aussies4aussies website by a Ticket Buyer utilising a credit card are final, non-refundable and not disputable. Where there has been an unauthorised use of a buyer's credit card, and the unauthorised nature of that use can be proven, then the payment will be refunded. The Ticket Buyer must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a ticket in this raffle. Raffle ticket purchases outside of Australia are NOT permitted. Raffle ticket numbers will be sent by email or sms as well as available to view on-line through your “Account”. DONATIONS REFUND POLICY: Whilst we appreciate any donation received, we understand from time to time things might go wrong. If an error is made in making an on line donation or if the donor changes their mind, we will honor all requests for refund that are made in writing (email) within 30 days of the date the donation was made. The written refund request should include the details of the initial transaction including date, donation amount, donor’s name, ID, receipt number and the nature of the error. Requests for refund can be sent by email or mail: Email: admin@aussies4aussies.com.au If a donation amount is adjusted by aussies4aussies, the original receipt issued for the incorrect amount will become invalid and a new receipt will be issued for the amount of the adjusted donation. aussies4aussies reserves the right to pass any refund transaction charged onto the donor. Refunds will be returned using the original method of payment – if donation has been made by credit card, the refund must be credited to that same credit card. Should an error be made by aussies4aussies or our financial institution(s), a refund of the full amount will be made once we are notified of the error in writing.
